Job Responsibilities

Electrical System Operation & Maintenance
- Operate and maintain electrical systems below 1000V, including LV panels, switchgears, transformers, and gensets.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing (e.g., IR testing, earth loop impedance).
- Ensure stable power supply to critical infrastructure such as servers, UPS systems, and cooling equipment.

Fault Response & Troubleshooting
- Respond promptly to power failures, equipment faults, or alarms.
- Carry out root cause analysis and rectify electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors or AO for major fault rectification or escalation.

Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with facility engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors during maintenance works.
- Support AO in electrical switching, testing, and permit-to-work (PTW) processes.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks, briefings, and safety meetings.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily logbooks, equipment readings, and defect records.
- Document all maintenance activities and submit reports to AO or Facility Manager.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Experience**:

- A4 Chargeman: 3 years (required)
- Data Centre : 1 year (required)
- maintaining electrical systems below 1000V: 3 years (required)
