**JOB SUMMARY**

Prepare financial statements, ledgers, and taxes for general accounting principles and reporting.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1) Ability to coordinate and liaise with Corporate on financial reporting, SOX audit internal control baseline and compliance.

2) To ensure the timely delivery on balance sheet recon, month end close and recon review checklist.

3) To prepare and liaise with internal tax team on financial analysis for corporate tax computation.

4) To prepare governmental statistical survey as and when requested.

5) To assist on Fixed Asset Physical count and verification process.

6) To validate purchase requisition spending in comply with spend rule and proper GL treatment.

7) To support ad-hoc task and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

8) Actively involved in plant lean/CER/ROI validation

9) To identify and analyse the TC elements and highlight any significant problem areas in terms of Weekly Indicator, Workcell Statement and Forecasting

10) To partner with functional to participate the operation lean projects & analysis

11) Support of the Business Units in their Materials Margin maintenance & reporting.

12) Maintain & Monitor standard cost database.

13) Participate in production of monthly financials and close reporting process. 14) Provide analytical support for Business Units and operations

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
- Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
