Talent Acquisition Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and attract potential scholars for placement opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of scholars to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and career goals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
- Research on industry trends, market demands, and emerging job roles to provide insights.
- Share market intelligence with the team to enhance placement strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the job market, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport with scholars, clients, and colleagues.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving placement targets.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
