**JOB PURPOSE**:
Job holder is responsible to drive sales growth aggressively and deliver the revenue of identified new opportunities, overseeing the sales and marketing in Northern Region and Regional/ Overseas including crafting sales strategies, managing sales budgets and targets for the company.
The job holder shall define, articulates, and implements organization's strategy for selling company products and services. Develop forecasts and strategies to achieve sales target at price levels that ensure company profitability.
The job holder also accountable for revenue and sales growth, including, expense, cost, and margin contribution to meet the company financial goals. The person shall develop robust strategies and actions to ensure the team equipped with required resources to execute their role effectively and sustainably.
It is the job holder role to motivates and provides coaching to sales team to meet or surpass organisational goals and strike their personal growth and development.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Create and implement short and long-term sales strategies to drive sales and set annual sales targets.
- Actively seek new business using sales & marketing campaigns, exhibitions, sales events, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other effective methods.
- Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons.
- Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply versus demand.
- Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting sales & marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales performance, and outline sales & marketing plans.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day business operations of Sales & Marketing function to efficiently deliver commercial excellence value to customers, including sales volume, consistent quality product, on-time delivery, and gross profit improvement.
- Manage customer expectation, including compliance on all processes and procedures, which may involve other internal functions that relevant to regulations and legislations. All customer compliance audits are handled professionally without major non-compliance, corrective action and response are being handled on time without fail.
- Strategize with the management regarding company growth plan, including new initiatives to expand business portfolio and diversification projects.
- Maintain and strengthen professional and friendly working relationship with all customers to obtain their long term supports and commitment. Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, including customer complaint handling.
- Ensure regular business performance review and product profitability analysis being carry out systematically and timely, to develop a sustainable business development pipeline.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in business, science or related discipline
- Min. 8 years’ work experience in industrial product and market experience especially in related industries with regional experience especially South East Asia
- Good leadership and team player. Able to analyse market dynamic with acute mindset.
- Understanding overall market movement and changes related to business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
