JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Coordinated with Main Con and Developer for project to project basis
- Attending Meeting
- Material Submission
- Any other ad-hoc job which being assigned by management
- Able to handle documentation
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

REQUIREMENT:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.
- Able to communicate in Malay and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem
- Ability to make good decisions as well as ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
- Able to meet deadline.
