Finance
Serve as an advisor to the CEO in financial related affairs of the company,being in charge of ensuring that the company is financially sustainable.
- Lead and manage the budgeting process and Cash flow
- Oversee all sides of procurement and accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation and internal/external audits..
- Be responsible for gathering financial data for analysis and forecasting with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance.
- Develop appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses.
- Coordinate the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly reports.
- Be responsible for development, oversight, and management of the organization’s investment plan.
- Advice on financing options to support an organization's growth.
- Be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to appropriate groups, including internal parties, government regulators, and outside agencies.
- Collaborate with Strategy/CEO’s Office to develop and implement company’s financial strategies
Compliance and Governance
The person in charge of ensuring that legal and governance matters are in compliance with rules, regulations and internal policies.
- Point person for contracts or legal matters of Finance, Procurement, Human Resources and Asset Management
- Supervise the execution of the implementation of policies of Finance, Procurement, Human Resources and Asset Management
- Coordinating and facilitating governance, providing key information and being the liaison of/to the for Board Of Trustees / Committee / Kementerian Belia and Sukan / Other Stakeholders
- Maintaining, updating, monitoring compliance of the governance framework.
- Monitoring certain business processes, establishing and maintaining a record of operational procedures manuals, and analyzing monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the Company Secretary to coordinate and prepare for quarterly Board of Trustees meeting and Annual General Meeting by setting agenda, preparing documentations and provide support to the Board of Trustees
- Monitor the initiatives under Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP)
- Set structures in place to ensure compliance with external rules and regulations as well as internal policies.
Human Resources and Management
The person in charge of ensuring that Human Resources Strategy and compliance are in line with the Company’s business strategy.
- Develop and implement the Human Capital and manpower planning to maximize productivity to align with the Head of Business Units / Deputy CEO operational needs.
- Manage and advice on Disciplinary Action processes
Asset Management
The person is the administrative superior for the operations of the department.
- Management - Managing the Asset management team's scope of work
Sales and Business Development
The person is the administrative superior for the operations of the department.
- Management - Administrating the work hierarchy of the Sales team
**; Requirements**:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial disciplines or related fields.
- Experience in corporate governance and handling corporate legal affairs including Company Limited by Guarantee (CLBG)..
- 5 years of experience in Finance
- Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Able to work independently, willing to take unpopular position based on fact finding and logical reasoning, as well as provide unbiased recommendations
- Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self-starter
