Assist in coordinating daily delivery schedules by communicating with customers and transporters to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks, including organizing and maintaining filing systems and logistics records.
- Handle the couriering of Delivery Orders (DOs) to customers accurately and promptly.
- Help in preparing and submitting transporter invoices for approval and payment processing.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to maintain process consistency.
- Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic understanding of transport logistics and delivery processes
- Comfortable using computers with basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
