**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop sub-dealer network and promote air conditioning products to sub-dealers of key ACS wholesalers.
- Monitor key ACS wholesalers' PSI and sell out to sub-dealers.
- Track competitor activities and maintain relationships with wholesalers.
- Promote and implement air conditioning activities, manage ACS dealer sampling, and display racks.
- Provide product-related training to dealer staff and installers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the air conditioning sector, with familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
- Basic understanding of air conditioning systems and their components.
- Ability to explain technical features and benefits to clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in using basic office tools like MS Office.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
- Fluency in the local language.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a competitive market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
