Commercial Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Review tenders, contracts, and other agreements to identify relevant risks
- Closely working with relevant internal stakeholders, propose suitable risk mitigation measures
- Engage with customers in negotiations to represent commercial and legal aspects.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant internal processes and guidelines
- Support the technical sales and back-end sales team for matters such as bank guarantees and insurance
- Ad-hoc involvement in commercial project management (eg. claim management, vendor negotiations) and sales reporting
***What do I need to qualify for the role/job?**
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in commercial sales or contract management, preferably in relevant industry
- Hands on experience with commercial & legal negotiations
- Basic understanding of legal matters and concepts is required
- Previous experience in project claim management is advantage
- Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders in an international environment with diversity.
- Commendable communication skills and relationship building ability
- Able to work independently with high attention to details
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and good command of Malay
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or Law
