**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet and welcome all customers and visitors.
- Manage customers appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, using our outlet's booking system.
- Register new customers and accurately update existing customers records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Process payments for services and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the outlet.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customers.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (WORD / EXCEL)and office software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Familiarity with TCM practices is a plus, but not essential.
