**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and respond to inquiries from the Area Manager.
- Coordinate closely with departments such as Distribution Centre, Merchandising, and HR to facilitate operations.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports including staff turnover, manpower planning, and expense claims.
- Manage the outlet staff hostel and ensure proper maintenance and operations.
- Analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to work independently with strong self-discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in retail operations is advantageous.
- Knowledge of standard retail SOPs.
- Basic skills in data analysis.
