Hostel Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- 1) Hostel arrangement for student every intake
- 2) Ensure all the facilities in a good condition
- 3) Availability of vacant room is tally with the numbers of intake
- 4) Submit the list confirmation of student registered to Account Department for update
- 5) Hostel maintenance
- 6) Ensure all maintenance issue must be fix within the time frame given
- 7) Hostel Inspection
- 8) Monthly inspection needs to be done
- 9) Major inspection will be done after student withdrawal every semester (Semester break)
- 10) Come out with the report
- 11) Bill utilities Collection
- 12) Collect from the students by monthly (water & electricity) or charge through portal
- 13) Prepare shuttle service schedule *referring to the class timetable
- 14) Student Hostel Disciplinary
- 15) Collaborated with Student Affairs Exec & SRC for monthly spot check
- 16) Attend any disciplinary issue in hostel area
- 17) Refund for Hostel Deposit**Benefits**:
