**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
a. Develop and implement a comprehensive live stream content strategy aligned with marketing, sales, and brand goals.

b. Identify and research new live stream platforms, tools, and trends to enhance audience reach and engagement.

c. Plan live stream schedules, topics, and formats in collaboration with relevant teams (marketing, product, sales, talent).

d. Set KPIs and metrics for live stream success and analyze performance data to inform future strategies.

e. Manage all technical aspects of live stream production, including equipment setup (cameras, microphones, lighting), software configuration (OBS, Streamlabs, etc.), and platform integration.

f. Oversee the pre-production process, including scriptwriting/outline development, graphic creation, and asset preparation.

g. Direct and produce live stream broadcasts, ensuring smooth transitions, high audio/visual quality, and a professional presentation.

h. Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts promptly and effectively.

i. Coordinate and communicate with hosts, guests, and internal teams during live events.

**Content & Engagement**:
a) Work with content creators, hosts, and influencers to develop compelling and engaging live stream content.

b) Implement strategies to drive audience interaction and engagement during live events (e.g., Q&A, polls, contests).

c) Monitor live chat and community feedback, escalating issues or opportunities as needed.

d) Repurpose live stream content for other platforms (e.g., VOD, short-form videos) to maximize reach and longevity.

**Team Collaboration & Management**:
a) Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure live streams support broader company initiatives.

b) Train and guide internal staff or external talent on best practices for live streaming and on-screen presence.

c) Manage and coordinate external vendors or freelancers for specialized live stream needs (e.g., advanced graphics, technical support).

d) Track and analyze live stream performance data (views, engagement, conversions, reach, etc.).

e) Prepare regular reports on live stream effectiveness and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

f) Continuously optimize live stream processes, content, and promotion based on performance data and feedback.

**Requirements**:
a) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

b) [3-5]+ years of proven experience in live stream production, management, or digital content creation, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.

c) Demonstrable experience managing live streams on platforms such as YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, Twitch, TikTok Live, LinkedIn Live, or dedicated e-commerce live stream platforms.

d) Experience with live streaming software (e.g., OBS Studio, Streamlabs OBS, vMix, Wirecast).

e) Familiarity with various camera equipment, audio setups, and lighting techniques for live broadcasts.

f) Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of live stream technologies, encoding, bandwidth requirements, and common troubleshooting.

g) Content Creation: Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging live content.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
