Customer Service Executive

Forex Forest is a renowned FinTech and EdTech brand established in 2017.
- The role Customer Service Executive will work on shift basis(including Sun and Sat, 9am - 6pm or 2pm - 11pm).
**The Role**
- Assist in maintaining high-quality customer service functions from the ground up.
- Handle customer requests, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Headquarters related to customer service.
**What We Require from You**
- Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service
- Result-oriented and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Languages required: Cantonese (Speaking is a must), Chinese (Writing is a must), English.
