Â- To provide responsive service to customers and provide assistance for purchase order amendments and/or cancellation. Â- To respond to enquiries and provide administrative support to clients, stakeholders & administrative support on procurement, logistics matters, report preparation and/ or data analysis. Â- To prioritise and follow up closely on pending tasks to resolve issues. Â- To assist the team in order receipting and processing of supplier's invoices. Â- To assist procurement team & officers in preparation of tender documents for Request for Quotation (RFQ) and prepare evaluation/comparison sheets for tender evaluation. Â- To carry out transactional processing of purchase requests. Â- To validate purchase requests received internally & process requests to purchase orders before order issuance to suppliers. Â- To perform ad-hoc as per request. Requirements Â- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of procurement and/or administration with completion of secondary school or; 4 years with a relevant first level University Degree or; 3 years with a relevant Advanced University Degree. Â- Ability to handle and priorities high volume of workloads, transactions and reporting needs. Â- Meticulous and detail-oriented. Â- Proficiency in the using MS Office and ERP Web-based system. Â- Knowledge on best practices for procurement or certified training in procurement area will be an added advantage.
