What are you accountable for?
- Support departmental operations in standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis related to sales and customer base performance, including sales achievement, productivity analysis, market and competitor analysis
- Regular tracking and monitoring of sales activities and performance metrics related to leads, opportunities, won/lost deals by clusters, customer segmentation, industries & verticals, and products/solutions
- Prepare business insights and recommendations; identify trends and develop forecasts, as well as identify opportunities and challenges to assists the sales team to make the best decision and planning (retention & churn analysis, targeted segment/product campaigns, customer segmentation)
- Drive sales review with sales leaders and account managers, recommend remedial actions on shortfalls to ensure targets are met
- Provide business review to top management as and when is required to provide insights related to key drivers impacting sales, and corrective measures required, and ultimately update progress against targets to relevant stakeholders
- Build automated sales & marketing related reports/dashboard via tools such as SalesForce/QlikSaas/Power BI/Google Analytics to create actionable insight to identify key business opportunities
- Facilitate the yearly business planning, forecasting and target setting exercise across all sales clusters and product groups, with timely review, to identify appropriate success measures that will enable towards achieving segment and revenue growth.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve data integrity, governance, and assurance of sales operating model; to advance sales planning and performance management activities.

What do you need to have for this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Studies, Actuarial Science.
- 6 to 10 years combined exposure to Sales, Channel Management, Commercial, Telco Sales Operations and Support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint, data analysis, secondary research, and data visualisation (dashboard analytics).
- Competent with CRM systems (Salesforce) or similar and other digital working tools.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to engage and achieve internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to articulate complex concepts in a simplified manner to cross functional and multi-level stakeholders effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize delivery to manage multiple projects on tight timelines.
- A strong team player that works collaboratively, a self-starter and requires mínimal supervision with the ability to work in an agile environment and manage ambiguity well by bringing clarity into work delivery.
- Results/impact orientated as demonstrated by a track record of sales operations excellence. This role will be about putting in a strong sales foundation and mindset as the company looks at strong growth projections.
- Good understanding of B2B converged solutions offering and/or Telecommunication/Enterprise solutions including Cloud, PaaS/SaaS, Unified Communications, Mobile/Fixed connectivity, Big Data/Analytics, and IR4.0 Managed services.
