**What you’ll do**:

- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and other relevant parties involved in the payment process, including Direct Debit matters.
- Generate, review and maintain loan stockout reports and provide monthly reports.
- Review invoice documents and collaborate with internal and external parties to facilitate the timely and accurate delivery of administrative duties.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of letters and other correspondence as required.
- Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Monitor all loans for irregularities and deficiencies, promptly identifying and reporting any issues to superiors.
- Provide input and feedback to enhance system functionalities and improve operational efficiency specifically for collections & operations department.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

**Join us if you**:

- With a minimum SPM credit in mathematics.
- Experience working in a bank or financial institution is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Basic numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in financial data processing or a similar role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
