**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist Manager** in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing targets.
- **Develop & implement** integrated marketing strategies (digital & offline) to drive property sales.
- **Plan & execute** on-ground marketing activities: roadshows, events, showroom promotions, and product launches.
- **Conduct market research** on buyer trends, competitors, and property industry insights to shape strategy.
- **Lead & supervise** marketing team to deliver campaigns, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- **Create & manage** marketing collaterals, advertisements, and promotional content.
- **Track & analyze** campaign performance; optimize strategies to maximize **lead generation and conversion.**:

- **Prepare management reports** on marketing performance and campaign ROI.
- **Collaborate closely** with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales outcomes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
- Minimum **5 years’ experience** in marketing within **property development / real estate**.
- Proven track record in **executing property marketing campaigns and achieving sales conversion.**:

- Strong command of **digital marketing platforms** (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, property portals).
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel - Pivot Tables, PowerPoint)**.
- Hands-on with **creative tools** such as **Adobe Photoshop, Canva**.
- **Languages**: Fluent in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (written & spoken). **Mandarin** is a strong advantage.
- **Other**: Possess own transport, willing to travel occasionally.

**Nice-to-Have Criteria**
- Event management experience (property roadshows, sales launches, exhibitions).
- Strong understanding of Johor property market trends & buyer demographics.
- Exposure to CRM systems and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Background in managing creative agencies or vendors.
