**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Attend to clients’ office requirements, such as helping with printers and providing chargeable administrative support

2. Organize meeting and discussion rooms

3. Conduct tours for potential clients

5. Participate in social media photos and videos to promote our facility

6. Enter client payments into our client management system

7. Assist with other tasks as required

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in sales and/or customer service

2. Excellent face-to-face and phone communication skills with customers

3. Fluent in both Chinese and English (scored an A in high school English Language exam)

4. Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, clients, and agents

5. Able to manage a diverse range of tasks

6. Understanding of social media is desirable

7. Experience in a coworking or hospitality environment is highly regarded

**Compulsory Requirements**

2. Willing to work in Bangsar South

3. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a company selling virtual office services or in the hotel industry
