**Responsibilities**:

- Understand site structure & customer journey in both Online Store, Employee Purchase Portal (EPP) and market places.
- Understand of promotions running daily/weekly/monthly basis by align with onsite operation team.
- Run end to end full cycle Quality Control testing in frontend site in both Online Store and EPP including promo code, making sure promotions are working as expected till payment & order placing.
- Monitor banners, components, product image, CTA link, page loading etc on frontend in both E store and EPP and report to online team.
- Monitor price on each site including discount price & special price.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years working experience on Online Store.
- Must be detailed oriented, good follow up and strong communication skills.
- Understanding of customer journey and experience in UI/UX will be a plus point.
- Ability to write test script for automation testing is a plus

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
