_**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- Monitor, responsible and accountable for Regional KPIs and all team performance, including visitation, recruitment, inspections and car in.
- Forecast and plan Regional sales on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, aiming towards company objectives and targets.
- Timely updates and reports to HOS and GM on tasks assigned.
- Share SOPs, company goals and direction with Team Leader & Business Managers for execution.
- Attend Team or Section meetings at Branch level in listening, supporting & providing solutions to the staff members to achieve goals.
- Plan and schedule weekly branch visit and provide support to Team Leaders & Business Managers.
- Consistent communication and discussion with Team Leader & Business Managers in providing sales growth strategies, service quality improvement, staff development and retention.
- Validate salesperson incentive and as an approver. Also, monitors payroll records of salespeople.
- Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
- Maintaining good relationship with New and Used car showrooms.
- Coach, guide and work hand-in-hand with Team Leader and Business Manager to increase Region performance.**REQUIREMENTS**:
_
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in related field or equivalent is required for this position.
- **Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred**, as the role involves dealing with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Having excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for team success and continuous improvement.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
