**Regional Property Operations Specialist (Eastern)**

Position: Regional Property Operations Specialist (Eastern)

Headcount: 1

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Location: Wisma Celcom, Persiaran Sultan Abu Bakar, Bandar Indera Mahkota, 25200 Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur.

Experience: 3+ years

Budget: 3k to 4k

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience in Billing & Payments.
- Knowledge in Rental / Utilities payments.
- Knowledge in Telco infrastructure (added advantage).

**Responsibilities /Accountabilities**
- Manage timely rental and utilities payment for all sites under category SBC/3rd Party, Infra-sharing and Private Site - regional level.
- Manage timely renewal tenancy/lease agreement
- regional level.
- Operationalize rental negotiation with landlords & infra providers for renewal of tenancy / leased agreement - regional level.
- Manage and verify Frameworks Order (FO) Autopayments and processing Batch Upload for payment for all active sites and making sure that no rentals are paid for terminated sites.
- Supports timely permit renewal and assessment payment to Local Authority for sites & structures belong to CelcomDigi.
- Manage and maintain all active Legal documents, agreement and supporting documents in PRISM/NETPRO for payment and auditing purposes.
- Supports site accessibility 24/7 at all sites for operation and maintenance purposes. Only related to Property Rentals and Utility matters
- Operationalize the frequency coordination & engagement activities with regional MCMC, Local Authority & State Government
- Managing termination of sites in-term of timely submit PRF for termination, making good of property, handing over the property and collecting the deposit.
- Manage rental and utilities charges reconciliation with SBC & 3rd Party NFP
- Manage equipment loading reconciliation with SBC & 3rd Party NFP.
- Interface between Internal Department and Outsider Parties (SBC/3rd Party NFP/Olno/Owner) in resolving operational issue.

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years in Property Telecommunication/Network Infrastructure
- Familiar with network infrastructure tower management, new tower/sites deployment, property operations, spectrum licensing, network industry management.

**Education / Certification**
- Minimum Degree in Business/Finance/ Engineering/ Telecoms
- MBA will have an added advantage.

**Skills**

- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
