Account & HR Executive

**About the Role**:
The role of a Account & HR Executive combines responsibilities in both finance and human resources. Senior Account & HR Executives play a critical role in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles, while also overseeing various aspects of human resource management.
**Responsibilities**:
Financial Transactions:
- Assist with financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Reconcile financial statements.
Data Entry and Bookkeeping:
- Enter financial and administrative data into accounting software and databases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, expenses, and invoices.
- Prepare financial reports as needed.
Human Resources:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the implementation of office policies and procedures.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain various reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Compile data, perform data analysis, and generate reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
