**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and document filing.
- Handle administrative duties including record keeping, scanning, and organizing company documents.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.
- Involve in audit preparation and related documentation (where applicable).
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
- _**Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.**_
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
