Executive Project Management Office

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project Oversight Coordination: Assist in the monitoring and management of AI projects across various sectors, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with the National AI strategies and deliverables
- Project Planning Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and risk management strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, and work with project teams to implement mitigation strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources, and report on project financials and progress to senior management.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on project status, key achievements, potential roadblocks, and project health metrics.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that AI solutions and initiatives meet quality standards and align with the strategic goals set by the National AI Office.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, decisions, and changes. Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external audits or assessments.
- Team Leadership & Support: Assist in providing guidance to project teams and to ensure a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years or above of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or executive role.
- Familiarity with government projects, policies, or initiatives is an added advantage.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools will be highly appreciated (e.g., MS Project, ClickUp, Monday, Jira, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
