1.Receives and inspects all incoming materials (physically) and reconciled against purchase orders.
2.Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports and track any damages and discrepancies on orders received.
3.Arrange and supply materials to productions and keep record of the movement.
4.Arrange for returning of rejected items to vendor
5.Responsible to do Goods Receipt in SAP for any incoming deliveries upon verified.
6.Maintain the warehouse, records area, and stores area in neat and orderly manner.
7.Delivery creation for export shipment.
8.To do material adjustment froM/For imported FG materials to Kuantan
9.Replenish and request for purchasing on any incoming stock supplies
10.Update and ensure that production supplies are enough and at the optimum stock level.
11.Handle documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials
12.To arrange for movement of raw materials in boxes to production and keep movement record
13.Ensure that supplies are disseminate in designated area
14.Responsible to monitor the outside damages on materials
15.Organize and control material warehouse flow
16.Managing forklift services
17.Courier all shipping documents to customers upon shipments completion
18.To complete container checklist upon arrival of container
19.To do system issuance against production order vs the actual physical issued to production on packaging materials based on production job number
20.Check items export shipment based on the delivery order vs physical before warehouseman load the materials into container/truck
21.Liase with production, customer service and production planner on any relabeling to be done
22.Liase with production personnel on any discrepancies of finish goods upon movement from production to warehouse
23.To keep records of products in block stock to ensure that physical is matching the system
24.To run 9E1 on daily basis
25.To do weekly cycle count as per schedule
26.To prepare list of obsolete FG items that needs to be written off on monthly basis
27.Adhere to any financial control as per policy and guideline
28.To assist in any activities requested by supervisor as per deemed necessary Qualifications
1.Certificate in any discipline or SPM level with at least 5 years working experience
3.Good interpersonal skill and proactive
