**Source and Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers to ensure the company's procurement needs are met effectively.

Conduct research to assess vendor capabilities, pricing, and reliability.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to foster strong partnerships.

**Procurement Process**:

- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on approved requests.
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

**Negotiations**:

- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements that align with the company's goals.

Seek opportunities for cost savings and value-added benefits in procurement deals.

**Contract Management**:

- Manage contracts with suppliers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Address any contractual or supply-related issues that may arise.

**Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality requirements for purchased goods or services and ensure that suppliers meet these standards.

Implement quality control measures to verify the received goods or services.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supplies.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay updated with market trends, price fluctuations, and industry developments to make informed procurement decisions.

**Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports on procurement activities, spending, and cost savings to management.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Rimau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail / F&B Industries: 3 years (preferred)
- Procurement: 3 years (preferred)
