Bitshield Data Defense Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of data security solutions based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our product portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for raising awareness, expanding our customer and partner database, and leveraging data to generate sales and leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Bitshield's products, increase brand visibility, and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Manage and optimize Bitshield's website and landing pages to improve user experience, increase conversions, and enhance organic search rankings.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to expand Bitshield's network and maximize marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative/design, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure Bitshield remains at the forefront of innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a passion for digital marketing and staying updated on industry trends.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
