**DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform process and risk assessment review to identify areas for improving outcomes and efficiencies across the organisation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and propose transformation projects in-line with the organisation’s strategy.
- Project management for strategic and transformation topics including working with Operations Excellence Project Manager to deliver specific projects.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to obtain consensus and manage expectation on Operations Excellence topics.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities***
- Result oriented individual, able to organise, plan, and manage execution of tasks to deliver within specified deadlines.
- Excellent communicator and able to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels across the organisation.

**Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma or Degree education level.
- Knowledge and experience in the insurance and assistance industry is an added advantage.
