1- Responsible for achieving targeted workshop productivity, efficiency and labour sales through effective utilization of 3-in-1 as a management tool.

2- Responsible for the handover of vehicle to Service Advisor with all customer request duly attended as promised.

3- Ensure strict compliance to company’s policies and procedures pertaining to warranty jobs, cash and credit cards.

4- Ensure prompt submission of well documented special service campaigns, technical report and fix-it-right programs.

5- Monitor & manage daily B&P workshop operations.

6- Compliance to Toyota B&P standard operating procedures.

7- Strategize in carrying out marketing activities and expand spotter network, to achieve B&P targets.

8- Responsible for effective utilization of 3-in-1 system to monitor WIP, back order, follow up, appointment and service reminders.

9- Ensure effective liaison on operational and administrative matters with both internal department and external suppliers.

10- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.

1- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Mass Comm/Business Admin or equivalent.

2- Must be hands on, detail oriented and dedicated.

3- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.

4- Good understanding of customer segmentation and demographics.

5- Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.

6- Fluent written and spoken in English & Bahasa Melayu.

7- Customer oriented with ability to interact with people effectively.

8- Dynamic interpersonal skills with ability to manage the team.

9- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.

10- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

11- Has own initiative and able to work independently and under pressure.

12- Fresh graduates with passion are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
