**Summary**:
BIM Modeller will be heavily involved in Revit Modelling for Mechanical works. BIM Modeller shall ensure accuracy and consistency across project stages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production of Revit model for Mechanical works
- Working towards deadlines set by BIM Manager
- Prepare and update 3D BIM models for development of CSD models for submissions
- Participate in the production of 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved
- Participate the CSD coordination meetings with engineers and designers. Define all the CSD/SEM issues, prepare and distribute the issues accordingly. Follow up with the project team on CSD and BIM model update
- Support Project Team for Presentations with BIM Model and related activities
- Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned project works

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in BIM Modelling, preferably on data centre.
- Well-versed and have good knowledge in using BIM software such as Revit and Naviswork
- Assist in review the BIM Model and quality control
- Must have good ability to read drawings and understand design drawings
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
