As a Retail Sales Associate at SZBlooms, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge will contribute to the success of our store.

1. Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offer assistance, and provide product recommendations based on their needs and preferences. Strive to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

2. Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to promote products and drive sales. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage customers to make purchases and upsell additional items.

3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products offered by SZBlooms, including flowers, plants, and related accessories. Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and any relevant information to effectively assist customers.

4. Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising efforts, including organizing product displays, ensuring products are properly labeled with accurate pricing and descriptions, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

5. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, process transactions, and operate the cash register or point-of-sale system. Adhere to all cash handling and loss prevention procedures.

6. Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring shelves are adequately replenished and products are neatly arranged. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.

7. Store Operations: Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates smoothly. Participate in opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness and tidiness, and follow all company policies and procedures.

8. Product Promotion: Actively participate in product promotions, sales events, and marketing initiatives. Help create displays or promotional materials to attract customer attention and increase sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
