**Job Description: Admin Executive**

**Job Overview**

We are looking for an Admin to support daily administrative operations at our Sacha Inchi manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for organizing office functions, maintaining records, coordinating internal and external communication, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow across departments.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules for management
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, staff records, and onboarding paperwork
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers when required
- Assist in purchasing office supplies and monitoring inventory
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support smooth company operations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills in English and Malay
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
