**Responsibilities**:
- **Identifying Marketing Opportunities**: Pinpoint consumer needs, define the market, analyze competitors, forecast business trends, and set targeted market share
- **Generate New Business**: Expand market penetration and increase market share
- **Maintain Key Accounts**:Build and sustain relationships with key accounts through regular visits and anticipate new opportunities
- **Lead & Motivate Team**:Drive sales targets and KPIs by managing and inspiring the sales team
- **Monitor Sales Reports**: Oversee monthly promoters’ sales reports
- **Ensure Smooth Operations**:Visit outlets regularly to ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of presentation and customer service
- **Protect Confidential Information**:Safeguard organizational value by keeping information confidential
- **Collaborate Effectively**:Build trust, communicate well, and work with all support departments
- **Manage the Central Region**: Oversee and meet sales goals for the region
- **Ad-Hoc Tasks**:Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**:Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent
- **Experience**: At least **5 years** in a related field
- **Language Skills**:Proficiency in **CN**to deal with customers, BM, and English
- **Work Style**:Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- **Knowledge**:Strong understanding of marketing concepts, sales planning, market trends, competitors, and product knowledge
- **Flexibility**:Willingness to travel

- **保护组织价值:**通过保密信息来保护组织的价值
- **有效沟通:**管理员工,建立信任,重视他人,推动执行,与他人协作
- **建立团队关系:**与所有支持部门建立并维持有效的工作关系
- **管理中部地区:**监督和管理中部地区以实现销售目标
- **执行临时任务:**完成管理层分配的任何其他临时任务
- **优先考虑:**具有消费品销售(零售/一般)专长的经理或类似职位的经验
**要求:**
- **学历要求:**至少拥有商业研究/行政/管理/营销方面的文凭、学位或同等学历
- **工作经验:**至少5年及以上相关领域的工作经验
- **语言能力:**良好的华语、马来语和英语口语及书写能力
- **计算机技能:**精通 MS Office(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)和电子邮件
- **工作方式:**能够在高度协作的团队环境中工作,同时也能独立完成任务
- **市场知识:**良好的营销理念和销售策划能力,了解市场趋势和竞争对手
- **产品知识:**具备良好的产品知识,零售/寄售知识是必须的
- **灵活性:**愿意出差
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
