Job Role : Developer (Senior Associate)

Duration : 12 Months Extendable Contract (will convert to permanent after 1 years as per performance)

Job Summary
- Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues.
- Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators
- Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
- Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.
- Work with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the overall book of work in terms of problem remediation.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives relating to methods, tools, people, architecture, project management and governance
- Proficient in AS400 platform, RPG,
- Good understanding and experience in of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Well-versed in-service management/production support
- Strong leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
