**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Support in E-Commerce business in document maintenance, report tracking, promotion/campaign and products execution.
- 2. Update E-Commerce (B2C/B2B) price list into the operation system.
- 3. Provide Finance the E-Commerce executed campaign/promotion/voucher information.
- 4. Check and collect online selling price for those top selling SKUs/festival SKUs.
- 5. Assist to key in the purchase information to Demand & Supply to stock in goods.
- 6. Assist to provide all the purchased documents to Finance.
- 7. Compile out of stocks report/top selling SKUs price update and provide to Executive.
- 8. Issue purchase order with Demand & Supply and process customers order.
- 9. Assist in logistic arrangement for the purchased goods.
- 10. Perform stocks in by following the SOP of inbound.
- 11. Check the pack shot send by agency.
- 12. At least Diploma certificate.
- 13. Good in Microsoft Word & Excel is an added advantage.
- 14. This position can be based in Selangor/KL office.**Benefits**:
