**Overview**:
**Experience Level**:

- ** Experienced**: 2-6 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Dynamics Developer, including user support.
- ** Senior**: More than 6 years of experience as a CRM Dynamics Developer, with proven experience supporting end users.

**Academic Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and support**, with strong focus on **cloud versions** and understanding of **on-premises environments**.
- Proficiency in **custom development** using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, custom entities, and business process flows.
- Good understanding of **system configuration**, including forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with internal and third-party systems via **APIs, web services**, and data migration tools.
- Strong **data management** skills (imports, exports, migration, and data integrity).
- ** Power BI** knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Development**: Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.
- ** Customization & Configuration**: Configure CRM to meet evolving business requirements and optimize user experience.
- ** Support & Maintenance**: Provide technical support for both cloud-based and on-premises Dynamics environments, including troubleshooting user and system issues.
- ** Integration**: Implement integrations between Dynamics CRM and other business systems to streamline processes and improve data flow.
- ** Data Management**: Oversee data migration and ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance.
- ** Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and processes.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to optimize CRM performance and enhance business workflows.
