Tracey Star is a ladies’ handbag distributor founded by Mr. Johnson Tan and established since year 2008 in Malaysia. We own two main household brands - Tracey and Hilly, alongside with three main licensing brands - British Polo, Lancaster Polo and Valentino Creations. Today, we are an active operator of over 100 handbag counters at large departmental stores nationwide; Parkson, Sogo, Aeon, Pacific, The Store and etc.
**Looking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and provide strategic ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing management strategies in B2B Retail Business. You will collaborate with our other verticals of the business closely for alignment.**
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and expand relationships with existing corporate accounts and proactively identify further new business opportunities
- Demonstrate track record of driving revenue and profitability through customer centric approach.
- Identify and explore innovative and groundbreaking approach and strategies to implement activities in pharmacy that serves the CTC strategy
- To develop new channels for business opportunities and exploring potential through strategic planning
- Effectively planning, developing and implementing sales strategies, policies and best practices for overall B2B segment
- Execute the right portfolio/innovation to win in the key channels. Reach more operators through emerging channels and bold new partnerships.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience within a client management role preferable
- Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of retail, media, advertising and e-commerce.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on organisation success
- A proficient communicator with a consultative sales approach.
- A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Your ambitions to work independently with flexibility as well as your entrepreneurial spirit make you an ideal match for our motivated team.
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management and negotiation expertise
**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM4,500 - RM6,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification) + Commission/Incentive.
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits
**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 8.00am-6.00pm
**WORKING LOCATION**:
Bandar Parkland Klang, Selangor
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
