VP / SVP - **STRATEGY & VALUE CREATION** - PRIVATE EQUITY - **KUALA LUMPUR**

Our client is a prestigious **Private Equity** firm, looking for a VP or SVP to join its **Value Creation & Transformation** team. The position requires a mix of top tier **Strategy consulting** experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG etc.) and ideally some commercial experience in **either, Financial Services, Retail Consumer Goods, Digital / Fintech / eCommerce**, **Manufacturing,** **Consumer Finance.**

**The Position**:

- Work with the Boards, CXO Leadership and Operational teams of acquired businesses to formulate and execute operational strategies focused corporate development, operational efficiencies, and wholesale transformation.
- Mentor senior management to instill a culture of innovation
- Execute and implement projects as far reaching as Strategy, Partnerships, Digitization, Process change, Automation, Regional expansion etc.
- Specifically, you will be responsible for one portfolio company where the founder only speaks Chinese (Mandarin)

**You**:

- You will have had a swift progression through the ranks of a Big 3 Strategy firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar) to Manager or Principal Level
- Commercial strategy or transformation experience in a corporate, SME or Startup would be a nice to have.
- Spoken and written Mandarin skills highly preferred for the reasons above.
