**Job Responsibility**
- Prepare the commercial proposal for bids and tenders to the client.
- Handle all the new client enquirie promptly and summary rates for the quotation from the client.
- Compile and maintain the commercial tender working files, such as quotation from supplier, vendor and clients documents in timely manner
- Work closely with the Project Manager in drafting, reviewing and negotiating
- Communicating and coordinating with commercial team or customer, technical review team and sourcing team.
- Research and analyze the market for new opportunities, develop attractive solutions & offerings, and establish techno-commercial feasibility
- Review and evaluate price variance requests from sales or customers.
- Utilise cost method and tools and appropriate software models and packages to prepare and maintain reliable accurate data
- Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with teams and supplier to improve system and cost negotiation
- Develop details reports on costs analysis
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
