**About the Position: -**

We are looking for a competent and friendly Service Advisor to join our automotive workshop. This Service Advisor would need to serve customers, from initial greet, to service explanation, to payment. The responsibilities include the following: -- Perform customer service duties i.e. answering the phone, scheduleing service appointment and calling customers to inform them their vehicles are ready for pick up, explaining repairs to customers, advise customer on the maintenance packages and estimated price and etc.
- Promote products and services confidently.
- Writing service orders and description of problems and repairs.
- Work closely with Technician to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
- Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
- Handling customer complaint.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration work.
- Any additional job assigned by superior.

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

- Confident and professional communication skills.
- **Technical knowledge in mechanical and engineering**:

- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Full driving licence.
**Other requirements: -**
- Possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma in **Mechanical Engineering (Automotive).**:

- Possess at least 1 year of working experience as Service Advisor in automotive shop.
- Must have valid dring license class D
- Computer literacy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
