**Jawatan Kosong: QA/QC Executive (Food Manufacturing: Halal,GMP,HACCP)**

**Lokasi: Sepang**
**Masa Kerja**: Isnin - Jumaat (8.00 pagi - 6.00 petang)

**Tugas & Tanggungjawab**:
**Quality Assurance (QA)**
- Bangunkan, laksana & pantau SOP, HACCP Plan, GMP & Hygiene Practices.
- Jalankan audit dalaman kebersihan, keselamatan makanan & pematuhan proses.
- Pastikan pematuhan dengan pihak berkuasa (KKM, JAKIM, HACCP, ISO).
- Membuat penambahbaikan untuk kurangkan error, reject & pembaziran.

**Quality Control (QC)**
- Periksa bahan mentah masuk (COA, tarikh luput, kualiti, Halal cert).
- Pantau proses pengeluaran mengikut resepi & kawalan bahagian.
- Periksa produk akhir (rasa, tekstur, suhu, pembungkusan, label).
- Uruskan ujian makmal luar (mikrobiologi & kimia).
- Pantau storage (FIFO/FEFO).

**Dokumentasi & Audit**
- Rekod inspection bahan, cooking logs, batch record & CCP monitoring.
- Lapor non-conformance, aduan pelanggan & isu kualiti.
- Sokong audit luaran & sediakan dokumentasi.

**Latihan & Pembangunan**
- Latih staff produksi tentang GMP, HACCP, Halal & kebersihan.
- Uruskan rekod kehadiran & laporan latihan.
- Laporkan ke HR/Training Dept bila staff perlu vaksin Typhoid/FHC/latihan tambahan.

**Kelayakan**:

- Diploma/Degree dalam Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology atau bidang berkaitan.
- Minima 0-2 tahun pengalaman QA/QC dalam industri makanan.
- Pengetahuan dalam HACCP, GMP, Halal & ISO 22000.
- Teliti, cepat kesan non-conformance, mahir dokumentasi.
- Boleh melatih staff & berkomunikasi dengan baik.
- **WAJIB ada sijil Typhoid & Food Handling.**:

- Ada kenderaan sendiri (motor/kereta).

**Gaji**: RM2,000 - RM2,500 (ikut pengalaman)
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS
- Bonus tahunan (berdasarkan prestasi & audit score)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
