**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Internship

**FUNCTION**: GBS Procurement

**MONTHLY ALLOWANCE**:RM1,500

**LOCATION**:Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor

**Reporting To**: Content Enablement Lead

**Geographic Scope**:Global, APMEA (Asia Pacific Middle East Afica)

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Work closely with Content Enablement Team in continuous improvement projects
- Assist Content Enablement Team with several core activities that involve data maintenance in Coupa - follow up with high-impact End Markets
- Involvement in Data Management, Data Quality and Reporting
- In preparing and consolidating reports for daily/weekly/monthly activities
- Learning/Training Opportunities related to Procurement Process
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving and assisting End Markets queries
- Provide training to requisitioner and procurement team

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Accounting or other related field
- Good MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- A “can do” attitude and drive to learn and perform
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and attention to detail
- Track record in other activities during studying, such as active participation in clubs, committees, projects/activities outside of academical space.
- Comfortable with numbers and data
