**_Job Description:_**
- Responsible in installing & maintaining pipes.
- Repair minor plumbing problems
- Rectify major problem and highlighted to person in charge to be done by contractor
- Supervise all plumbing work done by appoint contractor
- Ensure all facilities for toilet in good working condition (tubs, sink, toilet bowl etc)
- Ensure all main pipe and branch in good condition
- Ensure all water pressure maintains in range
- To check toilet water pump are running in good condition
- Ensure all drain pipe is in good condition
- Ensure main water tank and toilet water tank are not in low levels and no leaking.
- Check incoming water pressure from SYABAS are in range.
- Ensure of all quantity of parts are up to date.
- Take monthly reading of fresh water meter at shop lots every month.
- Assists Technician when needed.
- To carry out technician works such as repair ceiling, painting, replacement of light bulbs.
- Assist senior staff to do all job such as electrical, plumbing, air condition & general work,
- Perform to according work order and reports to superior on any difficulty unfinished work.
- Supervise all repair works or service done by contractor and make sure contractor follow the scope of works.
- Perform daily routine checking of all common area of the building.
- Any other task assigned by superior.

SPM/ O Level/ SKM Level 1/ SKM Level 2/ SKM Level 3 or equivalent
