JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

REPORT TO 直属领导: Safety Manager 安全经理 /

1. You are required to have a valid Safety Green Book registered and certified by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).

2. Work very closely with all department heads to provide input related to every major safety, health and environmental matters.

与所有部门负责人紧密合作，提供与每项重大安全，健康和环境事项有关的意见。

3. To anticipate, prevent and eliminate all unsafe conditions and practices on the site that could lead to occupational injuries and illness.

4. Assist on all safety, health and environmental regulatory inspections and audits.

协助所有安全、健康和环境监管检查和审计。

5. To ensure the site is in full compliance to local authorities’ requirements.

6. Towards zero accidents/ injuries - by periodic checks on all site procedures per requirements ensuring total adherence.

7. To be actively involved in risk/hazard assessment on the site in the spirit of continual improvement.

8. To comply with all safety rules, safety working practices and procedures.

9. To ensure the worksite is free from illegal activities.

10. To assist on safety documentation and filing.

11. Monitoring of the movement of workers and workers' quarters.

12. Assist on any hazard controlling such as COVID-19 outbreak.

13. Assist on site visit report, minute meetings, presentation slides and etc.

14. To ensure the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) systems procedures are implemented on the projects.

15. Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
