**Position: Area Supervisor**

**Location**: Klang Valley

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Restaurant Operations & Team Management**
Oversee daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations and SOP compliance. Lead, schedule, and train kitchen and service staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.

**2. Customer Experience & Service Quality**
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and consistently positive dining experience.

**3. Food Quality & Hygiene Compliance**
Maintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and taste. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety regulations are strictly followed.

**4. Inventory & Cost Control**
Monitor stock levels, manage ordering and storage, and reduce wastage. Keep operational costs in check and support sales targets through efficient planning.

**5. Maintenance & Reporting**
Ensure restaurant equipment and facilities are well-maintained. Track daily sales and performance, and prepare reports to support business decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** managing or supervising a restaurant.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle peak hours efficiently.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- **Bonus**: Experience in managing traditional Malaysian or grilled food concepts is a plus.
