- MAINTAINED DETAILED RECORDS OF CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND SERVICE ACTIVITIES
- ASSIST IN THE PREPARATION OF REPORTS OD FEEDBACK AND SERVICE TRENDS
**3) POLICY & PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION**
- FOLLOW ORGANIZATIONAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO DELIVER CONSISTENT SERVICE.
- SUGGEST PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND EXPERIENCE
