**Requirements**:
- Good in problem solving, strong leadership skills, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills are required
- Conduct financial analysis and present key insights to aid decision-making by senior management.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management. Coordinate and managing Director/DGM’s schedules, appointments and internal/external meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, appointments and reports. Write and issue accurate minutes meetings and follow up with necessary actions.
- Assist in preparing documents for reviews and slides presentations to board of directors and top management with total secrecy and confidentiality.
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Able to provide data analysis and interpretation of business data, ultimately resulting in independently developed assessments and recommendations.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
**Requirements**:
- A graduate at least a higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good command in both oral and written in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
- Independent, mature, resourceful, able to work under tight schedule and fast pace environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
