First level of support for internal employees and customers
c) Major Incident outside business hours support and to collaborate with Product, Engineering and CMT for Priority 1 incident. To ensure it can be managed within 2 hours resolution time and ensure it properly escalates to the support.
d) Ensure proper handover from 1 shift to another to ensure continuous support.
e) Ensure all activity is properly tracked and recorded within ServiceNow.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs
