Job Description / Job Responsibilities: (HR Admin-related)
- To be responsible for full spectrum of HR & Administrative related activities
- Assist in the recruitment process & on board documents for new hires
- Process, monitor & managing company payroll and ensure timely payroll completion
- Ensure timely submission of PCB, EPF, SOSCO & EIS to relevant government authority
- Brief & advise employees on all HR policies and procedures & handle related enquiries from the employees
- Coordinate HR projects (organise meetings & taking meeting minutes, training, company events, preparing memo, etc)
- Handling administrative tasks, including sourcing & preparing PO to the supplier, handling of incoming calls, receiving & directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, presentations, systematic filing of company documents, etc.
- Perform any other daily office operation tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Job Requirements
related field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Hardworking and diligent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in HR & Admin or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Provide Own Transportation.
